The YAMS are here!!!...
The Young Adults - YAMS - are here and planning two events.  Friday, March 5 we will head to the Fifth Street Coffee House at First UMC in downtown Ft. Worth at 6:30 pm for a performance by Beth Wood described as "...a modern-day troubadour with a stunningly expressive voice, poetic lyrics, and a unique, strong guitar style.  The cost is $15 per person.

Friday, March 26th we will be having an ice cream social and game night in Reed Hall starting at 6:30.  We'll share dessert time together, then the kids will watch a movie while the adults play games!  Please RSVP if you are planning to come to either event.

If you have graduated from high school, under 50 - or single, this group is for you.  YAMS stands for Young and Middle-aged and Single Methodists…which we know is technically YAMAASM, but that just doesn't make any sense!

Newly formed Philippians Bible Study...
The newly formed Philippians Bible Study will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in the Parlor.  This 9 week course beginning March 2nd will begin with a short video message from Nicky Gumbel followed by discussion.  Please let the Church office know if you will be attending.

Martha's Resale Shop...
Please remember Martha's Resale shop for larger items such as furniture.  Volunteers are still needed.  Please contact the shop at 817-249-4675 to help out.

Playing Games...
Girl's just want to have fun!   On the second Sunday of each month, the women of Benbrook UMC get together to play games in Reed Hall. Would you like to join us? Bring a snack or drink to share. Come prepared to laugh. If you have trouble with your eyesight, let someone help you play.

Bible Studies...
Youth Fellowship meets Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in the youth room.
Rev. Waser's study on Hebrews meets Wednesdays at 11 am in the Sanctuary.

Military Personnel...
The names and addresses in the Military Basket in the Narthex were updated in October.  Each one has made the decision to make the sacrifices necessary to protect our nation.  Please consider taking a few minutes to write to one of them and let them know they are not forgotten.  Continue to keep them in your prayers.

Coupon Exchange...
A basket is located on the Missions table in Reed Hall.  Bring what you can't use; take what you can.

WestAid needs ...
Remember WestAid when you do your grocery shopping.  They are always in need of items such as canned vegetables, macaroni and cheese, cornbread mix and assorted non perishable items.   Please place your donations in the container provided in Reed Hall. The service of this outreach ministry are ongoing and your monthly donations are greatly appreciated.

Mary and Martha Fellowship continues to collect inkjet cartridges to recycle for programming and mission projects.  Please place cartridges in the marked bin of the Mission Table in Reed Hall.  Thank you for your support.

Children’s Ministry collects soda can tabs which are donated to Ronald McDonald House to support their ministry.   A marked container is on the Missions Table in Reed Hall.  Thank you for your support!
